Because memberships provide immediate access to digital content, completed membership charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Wilde After Dark determines that a billing error occurred. Customers should contact support promptly regarding suspected duplicate or unauthorized charges.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily refund an already-started billing period. Final language must match the refund and chargeback rules approved by your merchant account provider.
